1 Can you customize a course for us?

Yes, we do provide customized and on-site training for some courses. Please write in to us on your requirements and we will get back to you shortly

2 What must I bring when attending the course?

Please wear proper attire and check your training advice for additional requirements. We do required participants to put on appropriate PPE (if course required) which may include safety shoe, helmet, vest etc. for some courses.

1 How do I register for a course?

You can click on the Course tab and click on the view button of the course. If the course has batch scheduled you will see all the dropdown dates with seats status. Click on the Register button to register. If you do not have an account with us yet then please click on the Sign up now text to sign up with us first.

2 Can I choose the course date?

Yes, you can, subject to availability of training places.

4 Can I reserve a course date / the training places for my staff by faxing to you first?

Yes, but we will hold your reservation for up to 3 days only. If you do not confirm by then, we will have to give your reservation to other people.

5 Can I be in the reserve list if the class is full?

Yes. If the class allow waiting list then you can register under the waitlist. If there are any withdrawal, the system will automatically inform you.

6 How can I check the status of my staff's enrollment?

Yes, you can login to the system and input the filter (by name or date) to check the status of your staff's enrollment.

8 Can I ask someone to apply the course on my behalf?

Yes, you can provide your personal information to us. We will create an user account for you and reserve the seat for you. You will have to login to pay online, or pay by other modes (bank transfer, PayNow , pay over the counter etc.). Once payment is successful, The seat confirmation email and receipts will be email to your registered user email account

9 Can I register for the course on the day the course starts?

It depends on the course registration end date. Please check with us for the specific course you are interested in.

1 How can I get a course fee refund?

We will refund you based on policy. The amount of refund is displayed when you click the withdrawal request. Please check the amount before you click on the withdrawal confirm button.

2 When can I cancel a course?

It depends on each course. If it is before the blackout date (certain date before the course start date), the withdrawal is auto approved with or without refund. If it is after the blackout date then we will review the request. Refund is based on the course policy. If the withdrawal is successful, you will automatically received an email notification. Refund will be sent to you by our Finance team.

1 What is the mode payment for course fees?

You can pay by credit card or any available modes listed on our website (e.g. cash, cheque, PayNow, etc.)

2 How can I get a copy of the training cost advice?

You can click on the training cost summary to print a copy before proceed to payment or reserved the seat.

1 Due to some unforeseen circumstances, can I postpone the training dates for my staff?

Yes, you can auto reschedule the staff to the next available batch. Please note that fee policy will be applied. If you have a valid reason and wish to request for reschedule fee waiver, please send us an email or use the helpdesk to send in your request.

2 Can I request for replacement of my participants?

Due to funding policy you have to withdraw and register the new learner.

If the course has no funding you may write to us to request for the replacement.

1 What will happen if I miss 1 or 2 days of the course

Participants are required to have a minimum of 75% course attendance before we can issue certificates of successful completion.

You may continue to attend the course, but no certificate will be issued to you, if you do not have 75% or more attendance. Please note that if you have applied funding for this course, the funding will be void and you will have to top up the fee.

1 How can I qualify to sit for the test / examination?

You are required to attend the course with 75% or more attendance before you are allowed to take the test.

2 What if I am late for my test / examination?

We will not allow participants into the test / examination room once the test / exmaination has started,

3 Can I retake the test / examination if I failed or I am assessed as ‘Not-Yet-Competent'?

It depends on the course requirement.

If you are allowed to retake you will be given a retake date. Otherwise you would have to retake the course before you are allowed to retake the test / examination.

4 How will I be informed of my test results?

The results will be mailed to you or to your company You can download the cert (if any) after login to your account.

1 Will I be issued a certificate after the course?

You will be issued with a certificate of successful completion and WDA Statement of Attainment (if applicable) upon successful completion of the course.

3 Can I have a replacement for my certificate?

You can download the cert any time after you have login to your account. If it is a hardcopy cert please contact us and admin fee may be applicable.

4 Is there any validity period on the cert?

The validation will be printed on the cert if any.

1 Where is the classroom training venue?

The training venue is listed on the receipt.

You can also view it after you have login to your account

2 Where is the Virtual Live Class video link?

You can view the Virtual Live Class video link after you have login to your account. It is also in the course confirmation email.
