By the end of this course, you will be able to:
• LO1. Examine core generative AI principles and apply them to identify strategic Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases for enhanced productivity
• LO2. Formulate effective prompts for Copilot in various M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive and Sharepoint) for enhanced work efficiency
• LO3. Adjust prompting techniques to improve output quality and mitigate issues based on Copilot's known limitations and potential biases
• LO4. Analyse Copilot's performance metrics and evaluate how specific prompt variations influence overall output quality and relevance
• LO5. Identify the ethical and societal impacts of integrating Copilot into professional workflows and propose best practices for responsible adoption
Pre-requisites
- 1 year of working experience in any sector
- Proficient with a computer and Microsoft applications; and
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 5 or equivalent
*Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience, subject to the MR’s approval.
